We offer in-store pickup as well as local home delivery. Delivery includes in to room of choice and full set up.
61-80 miles =$100
Over 80 miles + $3.00 (per driving mile one way, call store for details.)
Extra fees for delivery:
If existing (old) furniture requires extensive disassembly, or requires our delivery crew an extra half hour of work to allow for them to perform the delivery a minimum of $50 will be charged.
Haul off old furniture: Due to covid-19 and updated sanitation policies, we are no longer handling or hauling away used furniture at this time.
Delivery fees are not refundable once the delivery has been performed. Contact store for additional details.
- Stock items can be returned within a week if it is in “like new” condition.
- Special orders can be returned within a week (with a 20% restocking fee)if it is in “like new” condition.
- Items are not returnable if they are soiled, have pet hair, cigarette smoke, broken, or damaged in any way.
- If we are required to go back to the customers’ home to pick up the returned furniture another delivery fee will be applied.
- Mattresses have a 14 day comfort period but must be protected by a mattress protector and free of soiling.
